- Low 1:4 Staffing Ratio-Our low 1 caregiver to 4 residents ratio promotes optimal care.
- Very Low Turnover-Members of management and staff have worked together for a minimum of 2 years and up to 8 years.
- Certified Nursing Assistants-We hire experienced CNAs, and some have been a part of our team since the day we opened our facility.
- Weekly Doctor Visits-A physician is scheduled for routine weekly visits or on an as-needed basis.
- Weekly Nurse Practitioner visits-A nurse practitioner comes in to see residents weekly or as requested.
- Nutritious Meals-We provide three meals daily and healthy snack options.
- Whole Home Backup Generator-In the event of extreme weather or rolling blackouts, our residents will remain comfortable and not be left in the dark, without power.
